Rain Policy

If you have tickets from a canceled game due to rain, those tickets are now rain checks which may be exchanged for any remaining regular season game this season, based on availability. Tickets may only be exchanged in person at the Otters front office at Bosse Field.

A game canceled due to weather is often made up as part of a doubleheader the following day. You are not required to use your tickets for that make up game! We give you the flexibility to choose another date that fits your schedule, based on ticket availability. Whatever date you choose, your tickets from the canceled game need to be exchanged with our ticket office for the new date and we cannot guarantee the same seats for the new date.
